Our service includes delivery to the venue, setup of the items ordered and dismantling either after the event/wedding or the next day.
You can rent as many items as you need be it 20 chairs or 50 napkins that is not problem. We do, however, charge extra for delivery if the order is below € 100.00
Early planning ensures product availability. As soon as you have decided on a date for your event, and the approximate number of guests, it is never too soon to reserve items. Remember, equipment availability is on a first come, first serve basis.
In order to reserve items for a particular date, we require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount due.
A deposit should be paid upon confirmation of your order. The remaining balance is due either before or during the delivery of the items unless agreed otherwise.
You may always add or reduce items for an order always depending on availability. Cancelling of bookings would mean that you lose your deposit unless a valid reason is given.
